The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dublin, Dr Masoud Eslami, took part in a press briefing on the 10th January 2020 regarding the challenging period of time after the assassination of Major General Soleimani. Ambassador Eslami described Major General Soleimani as a devoted pioneer who played a key role in repelling the aggression of Saddam Hussein and ISIS which were were two reigns of brutality and atrocity supported and sponsored by the United States and its allies in our region.
