Important Notice for Iran Visa Applicants

Dear Applicants,
Please be advised:

Do not come to the embassy in person before receiving your Visa Grant Notice. The embassy cannot accept applicants who have not yet received their visa approval.

After receiving the grant notice, please come to the embassy on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM for your interview and to submit your original documents.
If your visa application is rejected, carefully read the email you received and follow the provided instructions to correct the deficiencies and accurately complete the online form.
Visa Type Selection Guide:
Tourist Visa: If your trip to Iran is for tourism purposes, please apply through a travel agency.
Relative Visit Visa: If you are traveling to visit family in Iran, select the "Relative Visa" option, fill out the form completely and accurately, and upload the required documents.
Other Visa Types: review the available visa categories in the online form carefully and select the type that best matches your travel purpose.
Other Travel Purposes: If none of the listed visa types matches your purpose of travel, choose the "Entry Visa" option, fill out the form thoroughly, and clearly explain your exact purpose of travel in at least two sentences.
Holders of Irish Travel Documents:
Applicants holding Irish travel documents must upload, in addition to their travel document and residence card (GNIB), their identity and nationality documents (e.g., birth certificate, Tazkira, national ID card, etc.).
If you do not possess nationality documents, select "Stateless" under nationality and upload the required documents and information accurately.
